1. Jeera (Cuminum cyminum)
Jeera (Cuminum cyminum) is known for its easy availability and also for the good taste it brings in the food. Jeerak being palatable also works as an appetizer, digests food well, is carminative, has analgesic effect, has taste and is also anthelmintic which means it prohibits parasite build up in the intestines.
