1. Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri)

Brahmi comes under Medhya rasayana (Good for Brain), Brahmi has antioxidant, anticancer and anti inflammatory properties. It promotes anti-aging and cell regeneration. It has Kashaya (Astringent), Tikta (Bitter) rasa, Cold in potency and Madhura vipaka (after digestion) Brahmi pacifies vata and Kapha dosha and does the deepana (increases digestive fire).

2. Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus)

Shatavari is considered as a very good health rejuvenating tonic or the female health tonic. It is considered very good for female health reproduction as well as for Fertility and Vitality. Shatavari has Madhura rasa, cold in potency due to which it helps in decreasing the heat and chronic fever. 3. Mulethi (Glycyrrhiza glabra)

It consists of Madhura rasa, is heavy in nature and cold potency which helps in pacifying the pitta dosha and vata dosha.
