1. Jeera (Cuminum cyminum)
Jeera (Cuminum cyminum) is known for its easy availability and also for the good taste it brings in the food. Jeerak being palatable also works as an appetizer, digests food well, is carminative, has analgesic effect, has taste and is also anthelmintic which means it prohibits parasite build up in the intestines. 4. Dhaniya (Coriandrum sativum)

The coriander is having a liver stimulant property that means it enhances the liver functioning and production of liver enzymes as well. Thus, making digestion more smooth and less formation of gasses due to long fermentation.
