Description Of Ingredients
- Arvinda (Nelumbo nucifera): This is the main ingredient of the asav which deals with lack of strength, and lack of proper body weight, and also helps to reduce psychological disorders like crying, not eating well, etc.
- Draksha (Vitis vinifera): It has mainly properties of anti-cough and anti-microbial which mainly helps in all types of respiratory-related issues like pneumonia, Pneumothorax, Pulmonary effusion, Cardiac asthma, etc.
- Dhataki (Woodfordia fruticosa): It is used as a fermenting agent in the formation of asav. It has mainly anti-bacterial properties which inhibit the growth of bacteria that cause such issues as diarrhoea and dysentery. It also reduces the frequency of stool. It also acts as a growth promoter in child health.
- Khas (Chrysopogon zizanioides): Khas are high in fibers so they mainly help in digestion and prevent constipation. It also contains antioxidants or zinc which can help to improve immunity and fight infections.

Method of Preparation
- Add 25 liters of water to a mud pot and mix jaggery, honey, draksha, and dhataki pushp.
- Add coarse powdered herbs to the pot, mix well, cover, and leave for one month.
- Check for fermentation, filter the liquid, and let it rest for 10 days.
- Transfer the clear liquid to bottles for storage.
