Description Of Ingredients

  1. Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) – It is an ancient herb which is used as both food and medicine. This herb is coolant in potency, helps in balancing all the three doshas and is rejuvenative in nature.
  2. Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) – It is a famous rejuvenating herb which is hot in potency and helps to improve digestive system, promotes physical strength, improves vision power and various conditions.

Medical Properties

Saptavinshati Guggul by Planet Ayurveda is very effective herbal formulation which has enormous effect to manage Cough (Kaas), Breathing difficulty (Swasa), Swelling (Sotha), Hemorrhoids (Arsha), Anal fistula (Bhagandara), Pain in the flank region (Parshwashoola) and various other conditions. This herbal formulation contains herbs which has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antioxidant properties such as Marich (Piper nigrum), Chitrakmool (Plumbago zeylanica), Choti Elaichi (Elettaria cardamomum), Nepali Dhaniya (Coriandrum sativum) etc.

Method Of Preparation

  • Take all the herbs 20 grams each and Shuddha Guggul (Commiphora wightii) 1080 grams.
  • Put the Shuddha Guggul (Commiphora wightii) in stainless steel utensils, pour 500 ml of water in it, boil it on low flame and keep mixing it with spatula.
  • When Shuddha Guggul (Commiphora wightii) gets mixed then turn off the flame and add the fine powder of remaining herbs and stir it properly with a spatula.
  • Then grind it well on grindstone by sprinkling a small amount of hot water on it.
  • Make tablets of 6-6 grams, dry it in shadow and then store the tablets in the glass container.
